电动尾门三级防夹力策略研究

摘要 防夹力是汽车电动尾门系统设计中的一个重要内容,文章针对电动尾门关闭过程中接近关闭位置偶发关不上反弹的现象,阐述了误疗夹的原理,对误防夹进行了详细的理论分析,并进行了实车验证,提出了电动尾门三级防夹力策略,通过控制单元软件策略更新及实车标定进行了验证结果表明,三级防夹力策略在保证汽车尾门正常防夹功能的基础上,可以有效提升电动尾门的关闭能力,优化了现有汽车电动尾门关闭策略. The anti-pinch force is an important content in the design of the vehicle power lift gate system.In view of the phenomenon that the power lift gate cannot be closed occasionally when it is close to the closed position during the closing process,the article expounds the principle of false anti-pinch,and conducts a detailed theoretical analysis on the false anti-pinch,and carried out real vehicle verification,and proposed a three-level anti-pinch force strategy for the power lift gate,which was verified by the control unit software strategy update and real vehicle calibration.The results show that the three-level anti-pinch force strategy can effectively improve the closing ability of the power lift gate on the basis of ensuring the normal anti-pinch function of the vehicle power lift gate,and optimize the closing strategy of the existing vehicle power lift gate.
