摘要
男性泌尿生殖疾病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势,对于男性生殖健康产生了不利影响,其中产前雄激素作用中断或雄激素水平不足可能是导致男性泌尿生殖疾病的重要原因之一。肛门生殖器距离(anogenital distance,AGD)是一种区别性别二态性的重要指标,同时也是雄激素暴露水平、环境内分泌干扰、生殖毒理学的重要生物标志物。本文通过文献复习,对AGD的生物学特征及其在男性泌尿生殖疾病中的研究进展进行综述。
The incidence of male genitourinary disorders is rising annually.It has a negative impact on male reproductive health.An interruption or an insufficient level of prenatal androgen may be one of the important reasons for this phenomenon.Anogenital distance(AGD)is not only an important indicator for sex dimorphism,but also an important biomarker for androgen exposure,environmental endocrine disruptors(EDCs)and reproductive toxicology.This review offered a brief review of biological characteristics of AGD and its clinical research advances in male genitourinary disorders.
