摘要
以种质资源圃收集的吉林龙潭山水榆花楸种群中优良单株无性系(扦插苗)接穗为试材,以嫁接保存率与当年新梢长度为砧穗亲合性的判断依据,研究不同砧木、嫁接方法和嫁接时期对水榆花楸嫁接成活率与亲和性的影响。结果表明:水榆花楸可采用春季嫁接和秋季嫁接技术,快速繁育无性系嫁接苗。春季嫁接:本砧插皮接嫁接成活率、保存率和当年新梢长度表现最好,分别为90.5%、86.1%和69.3 cm,其亲和性最高。秋季嫁接:本砧8月未嵌芽接,其成活率和保存率分别92.3%和83.7%。
In order to quickly and efficiently cultivate superior individual clones of Sorbus alnifolia with good maternal traits,the scions of superior individual clones(Cutting seedling)from the population of Sorbus alnifolia in Longtan mountain,Jilin City collected in the germplasm resource nursery were used as test materials,and the grafting preservation rate and the length of new shoots in the current year were used as the basis for judging the affinity of rootstocks.The effects of different rootstocks,grafting methods and grafting periods on the grafting survival rate and affinity of Sorbus alnifolia were studied.The results showed that spring and autumn grafting techniques could be used to rapidly breed clonal grafted seedlings of Sorbus alnifolia.Spring grafting:the survival rate,preservation rate and new shoot length of the current year of bark grafting of Sorbus alnifolia rootstock were the best,which were 90.5%,86.1%and 69.3 cm respectively,with the highest affinity.Autumn grafting:Sorbus alnifolia rootstock was shield bud grafting in late August,and its survival rate and preservation rate were 92.3%and 83.7%respectively.
