基于CiteSpace的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺动脉高压研究的可视化分析

The visual analysis of the research of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary hypertension based on CiteSpace

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺动脉高压(PH)的研究热点和发展趋势。方法从Web of Science中检索关于COPD合并PH的文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行分析,获取可视化分析图谱。结果共检索到833篇文献,近年来发文量大致呈增长趋势。发文量最多的国家是美国,发文量最多的机构是巴塞罗那大学,被引量最多的期刊是《AM J RESP CRIT CARE》,“慢性阻塞性肺疾病”“动脉高压”“死亡率”是最主要的关键词。结论利用CiteSpace软件对COPD合并PH进行可视化分析能够更直观地了解该领域的研究热点与发展趋势。

Objective To examine the research hotspots and trends of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)combined with pulmonary hypertension(PH).Methods The literature on COPD combined with PH was retrieved from Web of Science and analyzed by using CiteSpace software to obtain a visual analysis map.Results A total of 833 articles were retrieved,and the number of articles published in recent years showed a general increasing trend.The country with the highest number of publications was the United States,the institution with the highest number was the University of Barcelona,the journal with the highest number of citations was AM J RESP CRIT CARE,and"Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease","arterial hypertension"and"mortality"were the main keywords.Conclusion Visual analysis of COPD combined with PH by using CiteSpace software can provide a more intuitive understanding of the research hotspots and development trends in this field.
