摘要
铜/碳钢复合材料结合了铜和碳钢良好性能,具有较高的强度、良好的塑性、韧性、耐腐蚀性、抗菌性和高导电导磁性。介绍了目前制备铜/碳钢复合材料常用的制备工艺方法:电镀法、固-固相复合法和固-液相复合法,最后对用热浸镀工艺制备铜/碳钢复合材料的研究做出展望。
Copper/carbon steel composites combine copper and carbon steel with good properties, which have high strength, good plasticity, toughness, corrosion resistance, antibacterial and high conductivity magnetism. The common preparation methods of copper/carbon steel composites were introduced, such as electroplating method, solid-solid phase composite method and solid-liquid phase composite method. Finally, the preparation of copper/carbon steel composites by hot dip plating was prospected.
