摘要
采用Abaqus软件对某型号坦克柴油发动机的铝合金气缸盖淬火过程进行了模拟,通过对气缸盖淬火过程残余应力的分析以及表面换热系数对残余应力影响的研究,掌握气缸盖淬火过程不同部位残余应力的变化。仿真结果表明,通过采用未考虑涂料与考虑涂料两种条件下的换热系数,气缸盖局部的冷却速率发生改变。并且由模拟结果可知,考虑涂料后的气缸盖根部残余应力变为压应力,并满足大于50 MPa的指标,从而可以实现降低残余应力控制裂纹的目的。
The quenching process of aluminum alloy cylinder head of a certain tank diesel engine was simulated using Abaqus software. The analysis of the residual stress of the cylinder head quenching process and the influence of the surface heat exchange coefficient on the residual stress were studied. the change of the residual stress in different parts of the cylinder head during the quenching process was mastered. The simulation results show that, by applying the heat exchange coefficient between coating and coatings, the local cooling rate of the cylinder head changes. Moreover, the simulation results know from the fact that the residual stress at the root of the cylinder head after the coating becomes pressure stress and meets the index greater than 50 MPa, so that the purpose of reducing the residual stress control crack can be realized.
