摘要
本文介绍了目前汽车发动机油封的种类、作用、结构和性能,主要包含以低摩擦扭矩为切入点介绍了一种新型低摩擦油封的设计、结构和作用。通过静态泄漏率、动态耐久、低温密封、低摩擦性能、油封安装等方面的试验与其它种类的油封进行对比,详细地介绍了新型易安装低摩擦油封在发动机中应用的优势。
This paper described the type, function, structure and property of dynamic seals in automotive application. Introduced a new type low torque dynamic seal from design, structure, function. Compare the static leakage rate, dynamic sealing ability, low temperature sealing, low torque performance and assembly ability by test, show the advantage and disadvantage of this new type low torque dynamic seal.
