摘要
对汉麻籽多肽酶法制备工艺及其抗氧化、降血压、降血脂、抗肝癌等生物活性的研究进展进行综述,并对汉麻籽多肽研究中存在的问题进行了探讨,以期为汉麻籽多肽的开发应用提供参考。
Hemp seed polypeptide by enzymatic method and its biological activities such as antioxidation,lowering blood pressure,lowering blood lipid and anti-liver cancer were reviewed,and the existing problems in the research of hemp seed polypeptide were discussed in order to provide reference for the development and application of hemp seed polypeptide.
