微波消解-ICP-MS同时测定鲜花饼中5种金属元素

摘要 通过微波消解对样品进行前处理,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)进行定量检测,建立微波消解-ICP-MS同时测定鲜花饼中铅、砷、镉、铬、铝5种金属元素的方法。方法的标准曲线相关系数均大于0.9999、线性范围0~500μg/L、检测限0.001~0.696μg/L,加标回收率在90.30%~95.94%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.68%~3.80%。 The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion and quantitatively detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).A microwave digestion-ICP-MS method was established for the simultaneous determination of lead,arsenic,cadmium,chromium and aluminum in flower cakes.The correlation coefficient of the standard curve of the method was greater than 0.9999,and the linear range was 0~500μg/L,detection limit 0.001~0.696μg/L,the recovery rate was 90.30%~95.94%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 1.68%~3.80%.
