摘要
随着人工智能产业的蓬勃发展,高质量的应用型人工智能人才短缺成为很多企业共同面临的问题。高校作为培养人才的重要基地,承担着人才培养的重任,但目前很多高校的人工智能人才培养模式存在理论与实践脱轨、校企供需不平衡等问题。针对此,提出基于产教融合的人工智能人才培养机制,从“驱动型”合作项目建设、“嵌入型”课程建设、“双师型”师资建设、“互益型”就业链建设四个方面,使校企合作贯穿人才培养的全过程,促进企业与学校的深度融合。
With the vigorous development of the artificial intelligence industry,the shortage of high-quality applied artificial intelligence talents has become a common problem faced by many enterprises.As an important base for cultivating talents,colleges and universities have undertaken the important task of cultivating talents.However,the current artificial intelligence talent training mode adopted by many colleges and universities has problems such as derailment of theory and practice,and imbalance between school and enterprise supply and demand.In response to this,the exploration and research on the artificial intelligence talent training mechanism based on the integration of industry and education has been carried out,and the construction of“driving”cooperative projects,“embedded”course construction,“dual teacher type”teacher construction,and“mutually beneficial”can make school-enterprise cooperation run through the whole process of talent training,and promote the deep integration of enterprises and schools.
