OBE理念下的软件人才培养目标与毕业要求研究

Research on Training Objectives and Graduation Requirements of Software Talents under OBE Concept

成果导向教育是一种以学习者为中心、学习结果为导向的教育理念,契合高等教育普及化阶段人才培养的需求变化。基于OBE理念的核心要求,根据软件工程专业人才培养的实际需要,注重结合学校的发展定位、学生发展需求和经济社会对人才的要求,探讨了工商大学应用软件人才的培养目标与毕业要求,论述了OBE理念下具有工商大学特色的商业应用软件人才培养方案的构建,并提出了人才培养的课程体系与相关途径。

Outcome based education(OBE)is a learner-centered,learning outcome-oriented educational philosophy,which meets the needs of the internal structure of talent training in the popularization stage of higher education.Based on the core requirements of the OBE concept,according to the actual needs of the training of software engineering professionals,and paying attention to the development orientation of the University,the development needs of students and the requirements of the economy and society for talents,we discuss the training objectives and graduation requirements of the applied software talents of the business universities,and discuss the construction of the business application software talent training program with the characteristics under the OBE concept,and put forward the curriculum system and related ways of talent training.
