地方高师院校物理师范生职业能力培养调查与对策--以韩山师范学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 职业能力是师范生专业素质的重要构成要素,是衡量教师专业化的重要标准,其发展水平直接影响培养质量。根据2021年4月教育部印发的《中学教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》,将物理师范生职业能力分为师德践行能力、教学实践能力、综合育人能力和自主发展能力。通过问卷调查的形式对不同阶段的物理师范生进行调查研究,了解职业能力培养的现状及存在问题,并从师范生、教师、学院三个层面对四个能力的培养分别提出针对性建议。 Professional ability is an important component of the professional quality of normal college students,and an important standard to measure the professionalization of teachers.Its development level directly affects the quality of training.According to the Standards for Teachers’Professional Ability of Normal Students Majoring in Middle School Education(Trial)issued by the Ministry of Education in April 2021,the professional ability of hysics normal students is divided into four abilities:teachers’ethics practice ability,teaching practice ability,comprehensive education ability and independent development ability.Through the form of questionnaire survey,this paper conducts investigation and research on physics normal college students at different stages to understand the current situation and existing problems of vocational ability cultivation,and puts forward targeted suggestions on the cultivation of four abilities from the three levels of normal college students,teachers and colleges.
