摘要
口腔执业助理医师资格考试(执考)是专科层次口腔医学专业学生毕业一年后参加的行业准入资格考试。考试通过率不仅反映考生的水平,而且反映学校办学水平和人才培养质量。通过对甘肃卫生职业学院2018届和2019届口腔医学专业毕业生参加口腔执业助理医师资格考试的情况进行调查、总结与对比分析,探讨新时代教育教学改革的方法,以考促改,以改促教,将人才培养的岗位胜任力落到实处,从而提高人才培养与教育教学质量,以期切实深化教学改革并提升执考通过率,帮助毕业生顺利通过执考,尽早达到职业准入标准,实现优质就业。
The stomatology practice assistant doctor qualification examination(executive examination)is an industry access qualification examination for college level students majoring in stomatology one year after graduation.The passing rate not only reflects the level of candidates,but also an important basis and content for the assessment of the school-running level and talent training quality of the school’s stomatology specialty.Through the investigation,summary and comparative analysis of the examination of stomatology practice assistant doctors for the graduates of 2018 and 2019 of Gansu Health Vocational College,this paper discusses the methods of education and teaching reform in the new era,so as to promote the reform through examination,promote teaching through reform,improve the quality of education and teaching,and implement the“post competency”of talent training,so as to improve the quality of talent training,effectively deepen the teaching reform and improve the passing rate of the examination,help graduates successfully pass the examination,meet the career access standards as soon as possible and realize high-quality employment.
