摘要
《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出,在职业教育领域实施“学历证书+职业技能等级证书”(即1+X证书)制度试点工作。多轴数控加工1+X证书是高职数控技术专业学生拓展就业路径,提高就业竞争力、个人综合素质及创新创业能力的重要制度,通过实施1+X证书制度,能够更好地促进学生的可持续发展与提升。以河南职业技术学院数控技术专业为例,立足于多轴数控加工初级和中级证书,从背景意义、教学设施建设、教学团队建设、课证融通的路径探索等方面进行阐述,以期提高数控技术专业的人才培养质量。
The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan proposes to implement the pilot work of“academic certificate+vocational skill level certificate”(i.e.1+x certificate)system in the field of vocational education.Multi-axis NC machining 1+x certificate is an important system for higher vocational NC technology students to expand their employment path and improve their employment competitiveness,personal comprehensive quality and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.The implementation of 1+x certificate system can better promote the sustainable development and improvement of students.Taking the NC technology major of Henan Polytechnic as an example,based on the primary and intermediate certificates of multi-axis NC machining,this paper expounds from the aspects of background significance,construction of teaching facilities,construction of teaching team,and path exploration of course certificate integration,in order to improve the talent training quality of NC technology major.
