城区典型变电站环保沟通模式的探索与实践

摘要 随着国家对环保工作越来越重视,环保监管日趋严格,尤其在电网建设项目的环境保护管理工作方面,提出了更高、更新的要求。为了保障电网工程建设顺利推进,正确引导舆论,化解公众不必要的误解和担忧,分析了当前电网建设项目环保沟通的现状及存在的问题,提出通过选取城区典型变电站为试点,通过构建电磁环境实时在线监测系统及开放的沟通模式,将电网环保宣传从“应急式”向“常态化”转变,将科普常识与电网发展嵌入公众认知体系,以探索环保沟通的新手段与新渠道。调研结果表明,该模式可以有效减少公众的误解与偏见,是一种高效可行的沟通宣传模式。 As the country has paid more and more attention to environmental protection work,environmental protection supervision has become increasingly strict,especially in the environmental protection management of power grid construction projects,which put forward higher and newer requirements.In order to ensure the smooth progress of power grid project construction,correctly guide public opinion and resolve unnecessary misunderstandings and concerns of the public,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of environmental protection communication of power grid construction projects,and proposes to select typical substations in urban areas as pilot projects.By constructing a real-time online monitoring system for electromagnetic environment and an open communication mode,the power grid environmental protection publicity will be changed from"emergency"to"normalization",and the common sense of science popularization and power grid development will be embedded in the public cognition system,so as to explore new ways and channels of environmental protection communication.The research results show that this model can effectively reduce public misunderstanding and prejudice,and is an efficient and feasible communication and publicity model.
