基于OCR的全业务智能辅助平台建设方案

摘要 工作人员在审核工单时,需要在供电服务指挥系统与营销系统间来回切换,审核用户信息、用电信息、证件信息等内容,尤其是证件信息涉及多张照片附件,需要逐个对比文字,给审核工作带来了困难。基于以上问题,提出一种基于OCR的全业务智能辅助平台建设方案。该建设方案解决了来回切换系统造成的审核时间浪费,同时在识别照片时使用基于深度学习的OCR识别方法,减少了工作人员逐一对比文字的时间,大幅度降低了工单审核的难度。 When reviewing work orders,staff need to switch back and forth between the power supply service command system and the marketing system to review user information,electricity consumption information,certificate information,etc.In particular,the certificate information involves multiple photo attachments,and it is necessary to compare the text one by one,which brings difficulties to the audit work.To solve the above problems,an OCR-based full-service intelligent auxiliary platform construction scheme is proposed.This construction solution solves the waste of review time caused by switching systems back and forth.At the same time,the OCR recognition method based on deep learning is used when recognizing photos,which reduces the time for staff to compare text one by one and greatly reduces the difficulty of work order review.
