摘要 某公司2台320 MW亚临界抽凝式汽轮机负责冬季向城区供热,随着供热面积逐年增加,机组调峰能力逐年降低,在火电机组加强调峰能力建设的紧迫背景环境下,以热定电与可再生能源消纳之间的矛盾愈发突出。为此,全面推动煤电机组灵活性改造,实施煤电机组调峰能力提升,已成为当前工程人员亟需改革的一项工作。通过对机组相关设备、系统进行评估,借鉴火电灵活性改造相关经验,对旁路供热改造方式进行全面分析,给出了合理的改造方案,且对改造后的具体应用也进行了深入研究,对热电机组灵活性改造具有示范及推广意义。 Two 320mw subcritical condensing steam turbines in a thermal power plant are responsible for supplying heat to urban areas in winter.With the increase of heating area year by year,the peaking capacity of the units decreases year by year.Under the urgent environment of strengthening peaking capacity construction of thermal power units,the contradiction between heat-based electricity and renewable energy is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,comprehensively promoting the flexibility transformation of coal-fired power units and improving the peak shaving capacity of coal-fired power units has become an urgent work for engineers.By evaluating the relevant equipment and systems of the unit,drawing on the relevant experience of thermal power flexibility transformation,a comprehensive analysis of the bypass heating transformation method is carried out,and a reasonable transformation plan is given.At the same time,the specific application after the transformation has also been studied in depth,which has demonstration and promotion significance for the flexibility transformation of the thermal power unit.
