摘要
通过三羟乙基异氰脲酸酯(THEIC)与磺酸酯的成盐反应,设计合成了一系列含有N、P、S元素的磺酸鏻盐化合物(SPSs)。将SPSs添加于聚碳酸酯(PC),制备了PC/SPSs复合材料。研究结果表明:随着SPSs添加量的增加,复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)和垂直燃烧测试(UL-94)等级均有所提升。当SPSs添加量增加到2.0份时,PC/SPS-1和PC/SPS-4复合材料的极限氧指数可达到30%以上,垂直燃烧测试等级也提升至V-0或V-1。同时,残炭的扫描电子显微镜图像表明,SPSs在凝聚相发挥了重要的作用。
A series of phosphonium sulfonate compounds(SPSs) containing N,P and S elements were designed and synthesized by the salification reaction of trihydroxyethyl isocyanurate(THEIC)with sulfonate.SPSs were added to polycarbonate(PC)to prepare PC/SPSs composite material.The research results showed that with the increase of SPS addition amount,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)and vertical combustion test(UL-94)grade of composite material were improved.When the addition amount of SPSs was increased to 2.0 phr,the limiting oxygen index of PC/SPS-1 and PC/SPS-4 composite material could reach more than 30%,and the vertical combustion test grade could also be improved to V-0 or V-1.At the same time,the scanning electron microscopy image of residual carbon indicated that SPSs played an important role in the condensed phase.
