摘要 通过研究改性聚硫密封剂与硫酸阳极氧化铝合金、表面钝化TC4钛合金、表面钝化不锈钢、S06-1010H环氧底漆和TB06-9丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆的粘接行为,分析了影响粘接的关键因素,探讨了相应的粘接机理。通过接触角测量仪及原子力显微镜(AFM)测定了基材的表面能及表面粗糙度,并分析了各自对粘接行为的影响。研究结果表明:密封剂与基材的粘接性能不仅与基材表面类型有关,还与密封剂本身的配方组成有关;基材表面能是影响其粘接行为的关键因素,基材表面能大于密封剂表面能时,二者粘接良好;基材表面粗糙度并不能直接决定密封剂与基材的粘接破坏形式;低密度填料的逐步加入提高了改性聚硫密封剂的表面能,使得密封剂与基材上的粘接由内聚破坏转变为界面破坏。 By studying the bonding behavior of modified polysulfide sealant with sulfuric acid anodized aluminum alloy,surface passivated TC4 titanium alloy,surface passivated stainless steel,S06-1010 H epoxy primer and TB06-9 acrylic polyurethane primer,the key factors affecting bonding were analyzed and the corresponding bonding mechanism was discussed.The surface energy and surface roughness of substrate were measured by contact angle measuring instrument and atomic force microscope(AFM),and their respective effects on the bonding behavior were analyzed.The research results showed that the bonding properties between sealant and substrate were related not only to the surface type of substrate,but also to the formula composition of sealant itself.The surface energy of substrate was the key factor affecting its bonding behavior.When the surface energy of substrate was greater than that of sealant,they were bonded well.The surface roughness of substrate could not directly determine the bonding failure form of sealant and substrate.The gradual addition of low density filler improved the surface energy of modified polysulfide sealant,making the adhesion change between sealant and substrate from cohesive failure to interface failure.
