Rational Autonomy and Responsibility of Judgment:the Normative Dimension of Kant’s Theoretical Philosophy

康德哲学的规范性转向为当代规范性哲学提供了取之不尽的思想资源,而要理解其规范性思想的总体,首先要在理论哲学层面阐明其关于理性立法与判断责任的规范性意蕴。由此出发,论证理性立法、自律和再自律的统一是康德规范性转向的基本精神,阐释性和规范性是先天综合判断的先验论证的合法性基础,规范性语汇与模态性语汇的统一是先天综合判断的有效性条件。

The normative turn of Kant’s philosophy provides inexhaustible ideological resources for contemporary normative philosophy.To understand the overall normative thought,we must first clarify its normative meaning on rational legislation and judgment responsibility at the level of theoretical philosophy.From this point of view,it is demonstrated that the unity of rational legislation,self-discipline and selfdiscipline again is the basic spirit of Kant’s normative turn,interpretive and normative are the legitimacy basis of transcendental demonstration of congenital comprehensive judgment,and the unity of normative vocabulary and modal vocabulary is the effective condition of congenital comprehensive judgment.
