摘要
建立一种利用气相色谱仪同时检测78%乙草胺·莠去津·2甲4氯异辛酯悬乳剂中3种有效成分的分析方法。以邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯为内标物,搭配DB-1毛细管柱和火焰离子化检测器,对乙草胺、莠去津和2甲4氯异辛酯进行定量分析。该分析方法中乙草胺、莠去津和2甲4氯异辛酯线性相关系数分别为0.9999、0.9996和0.9991,标准偏差分别为0.356、0.273和0.097,变异系数分别为0.80%、1.18%和1.00%,平均回收率分别为98.40%、98.64%和98.40%。该方法操作简便、快速,分离效果好,线性关系、准确度和精密度满足要求,适用于该复配制剂中有效成分的定量分析。
An analysis method was developed to simultaneously detect three active components of acetochlor·atrazine·MCPA-isooctyl 78%SE by GC.Quantitative analysis of acetochlor,atrazine and MCPA-isooctyl by GC with DB-1 capillary column and flame ionization detector with di-n-amyl phthalate as internal standard was conducted.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of acetochlor,atrazine and MCPA-isooctyl were 0.9999,0.9996 and 0.9991,the standard deviations were 0.356,0.273 and 0.097,the coefficients of variation were 0.80%,1.18%and 1.00%,and the average recoveries were 98.40%,98.64%and 98.40%,respectively.This method is simple,rapid,accuracy and precision,and can meet the requirement for quantitative analysis of acetochlor,atrazine and MCPA-isooctyl in mixture formulation.
