This paper introduces the construction preparation,technical management and construction examples of the project,with a view to further improving the scientificity and rationality of the project construction management by strengthening the management of technology application in the construction process of the earthwork project,so as to improve the construction efficiency and reduce the construction cost as much as possible while ensuring the construction quality.
