数字政府背景下“粤省事”信息服务平台发展现状研究

Research on the development status of“Guangdong Provincial Affairs”information service platform under the background of digital government

政府向数字化、信息化转型的背景下,广东政府联合企业开发出“粤省事”信息服务平台,为民众提供准确、及时、便利的政务、民生信息服务,让民众实现少跑腿甚至零跑腿地办理业务、查询及获取信息。文章以微信“粤省事”政务信息服务号及小程序为例,从数字政府改革的大背景出发,尝试对目前广东主流信息服务平台“粤省事”的优缺点进行研究并提出建议,以期为广东数字政府改革建设提供启发。

In the context of the government’s transformation to digitalization and informatization,the Guangdong government joint venture has developed an“Guangdong Provincial Affairs”information service platform to provide people with accurate,timely and convenient government and livelihood information services,so that people can handle business,query and obtain information with less or no errands.Taking the Wechat“Guangdong Provincial Affairs”government information service number and small program as an example,starting from the general background of digital government reform,this paper attempts to study the advantages and disadvantages of the current Guangdong mainstream information service platform“Guangdong Provincial Affairs”and put forward suggestions,in order to provide some inspiration for the reform and construction of Guangdong digital government.
