摘要
城市更新下的场景品牌营建关乎城市空间品质与经济效益。老旧街区空间更新由政府主导,力求公众利益最大化。基于在地文化肌理研究,从穿插式短板修补、生态环境修复、人民群众共建共享、艺术人文语言植入等多角度探索城市更新的新路径。以上海市南昌路为例,构建街区更新过程的分析框架,包括文脉基底研究、现状可行性分析、更新内容糅合。同时植入系统性、有组织的社区活动为更新建设创造更多契机,以期寻求南昌路美好街区生活范式的发展之路。
The scene brand construction under urban renewal is related to the quality of urban space and economic benefits.The spatial renewal of old blocks is led by the government to maximize the public interest.Based on the research of local culture texture,this paper explores a new path of urban renewal from multiple perspectives,including interspersed short board repair,ecological environment restoration,joint construction and sharing by the people,implantation of arts and cultural languages.Taking Nanchang Road in Shanghai as an example,it constructs the analysis framework of the block renewal process,including the context base research,the feasibility state analysis,and the mixing of the renewal content.At the same time,it implants systematic and organized community activities to create more opportunities for the renewal and construction,in order to seek the development of Nanchang Road beautiful block life paradigm.
