摘要
为了确保施工质量与进度的达标,对施工进行合理的动态控制是十分必要的,为此,提出BIM技术在建筑工程施工动态管理中的应用研究。通过将施工场地及设计数据输入到BIM中,形成建筑模型,并将具有相同属性特征的构件以相同的RFID进行编码,实现对施工进度、施工资源的划分,结合实际施工进度数据,对施工的人员配置、设备投放及材料采购进行管理。研究结果表明,此设计方法可以动态调节施工资源,合理规划施工进度,确保工程在工期内顺利竣工。
In order to ensure that the construction quality and progress meet the standards,it is very necessary to carry out reasonable dynamic control of the construction.For this reason,the application research of BIM technology in the construction dynamic management of construction projects is proposed.By inputting the construction site and design data into BIM,the building model is formed,and the components with the same attributes and characteristics are encoded with the same RFID to realize the division of construction schedule and construction resources,and combine the actual construction schedule data to determine the staffing of construction,equipment delivery and material procurement are managed.The research results show that this design method can dynamically adjust construction resources,reasonably plan the construction schedule,and ensure the smooth completion of the project during the construction period.
