Development of preparation electret technology of melt blown filter materials

摘要 驻极是提高熔喷过滤材料过滤性能的重要手段。熔喷过滤材料的驻极效果主要取决于驻极添加剂和驻极工艺。分析总结了熔喷过滤材料常用驻极添加剂的种类、制备方法和性能,指出了电晕驻极和水驻极两种驻极工艺的原理和特点,为高性能熔喷过滤材料的研发提供技术参考。 Electret is an important method to improve the filtration performance of melt-blown filter materials. Electret effect of the materials mainly depends on electret additive and electret process. The variety, preparation methods and properties of difference electret additives commonly used in meltblown filter materials are analyzed and summarized. The principles and characteristics of corona electret and hydro-charging are analyzed and pointed out. It can provide a technical reference for the development of high-performance melt blown filter materials.
