摘要
为了解决传统水浴染色产生的废水问题,采用R134a(1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷)代替水作为染色介质对4种疏水性织物进行分散染料染色。探讨了染色后织物的染色深度、耐水洗色牢度、摩擦色牢度以及力学性能,并与传统水浴染色后的织物性能进行对比。结果表明:R134a无水染色加工后的4种疏水性织物性能与传统水浴染色后织物接近,部分织物性能甚至好于传统水浴染色,为R134a作为非水介质染色提供了重要依据。
In order to solve the wastewater problem caused by traditional water bath dyeing, R134 a(1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane) is used as the dyeing medium to dye four kinds of hydrophobic fabrics with disperse dyes instead of water. The dyeing depth, washing fastness, rubbing fastness and mechanical properties of the dyeings are discussed, and the properties of the dyeings in traditional water bath are compared. The results show that the properties of the four hydrophobic dyeings with R134 a anhydrous dyeing are similar to those with traditional water bath dyeing, and some of the properties are even better, providing an important basis for the promotion of R134 a as a non-aqueous medium dyeing.
