安钢3号高炉中修开炉达产实践 被引量:3

摘要 安钢3号高炉中修按计划降料面更换炉腰、炉腹、炉身下部三段铜冷却壁,同时对炉内进行浇注与喷涂作业。高炉开炉后,通过采取合理控制开炉料装料位置适当使用锰矿及萤石、铁口长时间烧氧枪、首次出铁后快速开风口加风、及时投用新铁口等有效措施,改善了渣铁流动性,促进了炉况快速恢复,实现了大型高炉中修开炉后的快速达产。高炉开炉第4天焦炭负荷提高到5.15,铁水日产量达到9826t/d,利用系数2.07/t(m^(3)·d),燃料比490kg/t。 Anyang Steel No.3 BF underwent replacement of copper cooling staves at belly,bosh and stack,refractory casting and gunning with stockline lowered down during scheduled medium maintenance.Thanks to the measures such as(1)reason-ably controlling the position of the burden,(2)charging manganese ore and fluorite adequately to improve the fluidity of hot metal and slag,(3)molting the salamander at the hearh by blowing large amount of oxygen with oxygen lance through the taphole,(4)rapidly cleaning the clogged tuyere and increasing the blast flow rale alter the first heat of lapping,and(5)tapping the hot metal from the alermative taphole in time,this large sized blast furnace achieves rapid flillment of designed output and rapid recovery to the furmace normal status after re-blowing on from medium maintenance.Four days afer reblow-ing-on,the coke load increases to 5.15,the daily outputl of hot melal reaches 9826 t/d,and the productivity hits 2.07/t(m^(3)·d)with fuel rate of 490kg/l.
