摘要
为实现HIsmelt工艺副产品半焦资源的有效利用,山东墨龙进行了熔融还原炉(SRV)配用半焦取代部分喷吹煤的可行性研究和工业试验。结果表明:①自产半焦各项性能符合HIsmelt工艺喷吹煤指标要求,具备使用条件;②自产半焦替代5%无烟煤喷吹,对制粉工序及喷吹系统未产生明显影响,生产指标稳定,吨铁燃料成本降低25.49元/t;③按照5%半焦及15%兰炭配加,综合燃料价格降低40.59元/t,综合吨铁燃料成本降低23.08元/t。
To fully utilize the semi-coke,a kind of by-product,in HIsmelt process,Shandong Molong carries out the feasibility study and industrial test on using semi-coke as substitute of partial injection coal in smelting reduction vessel(SRV).The industrial test proves:①the property of the self-produced semi-coke reaches the indexes of the injection coal used in the HIsmelt process,and it meets the service condition;②it seems that replacement of 5%injection anthracite by the self-produced semi-coke does not affect the pulverizing process and the injection system,the production index of the both keeps stable,and the fuel cost per ton of iron is reduced by GNY 25.49/t;③by charging 5%semi-coke and 15%blue carbon,the comprehensive fuel cost drops by CNY 40.59/t,the fuel rate increases to some extent,and the comprehensive fuel cost per ton of iron is declined by CNY 23.08/t.
