摘要
诚信是社会主义核心价值观的重要内容。文章根据我国高校大学生诚信建设的需要,运用SWOT分析高校大学生诚信教育的内外部影响因素,通过群决策方式的层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)计算各影响因素的权重,识别并匹配重要权重因素制定相关策略,以提升高校诚信教育的实效性。开展高校诚信教育的最佳策略是S-O策略(增长型策略),基于国家对高校立德树人的教育要求,利用外部环境中存在的机会(opportunities)有效发挥大学生诚信教育策略协调、资源配置、优势互补的内部优势(strengths)。
Honesty is an important part of socialist core values.According to the needs of honesty construction of college students in China,this study uses SWOT to analyze the internal and external influencing factors of honesty education of college students,calculates the weight of each influencing factor through the analytic hierarchy process of group decisionmaking,identifies and matches the important weight factors,and formulates relevant strategies to improve the effectiveness of honesty education in Colleges and universities.The best strategy to carry out honesty education in Colleges and universities is S-O strategy.Based on the national educational requirements for universities to establish morality and cultivate people,we can make use of the opportunities existing in the external environment to effectively give full play to the internal advantages of college students’honesty education strategy coordination,resource allocation and complementary advantages.
