高校思想政治理论课(以下简称思政课)教师审美能力是新时代背景下人才培养的关键之力,也是纾解思政课教学现实问题的重要能力。本文从概念之析、教学之思、现实之路的研究思路探讨了思政课教师审美能力的内涵、思政课教师审美能力对思政课教学审美实现的意义、思政课教师审美能力养成的路径,以期从思政课教师审美能力养成一维,为思政课教学改革发展提供新的视角。

The aesthetic ability of teachers in ideological and political theory courses(hereinafter referred to as ideological and political courses)in colleges and universities is the key force in the cultivation of talents under the background of the new era,and it is also an important ability to alleviate the practical problems in the teaching of ideological and political courses.This article explores the connotation of the aesthetics of ideological and political teachers,the significance of the aesthetics of teachers of ideological and political courses on the realization of aesthetics of ideological and political courses,and the cultivation courses of aesthetics of teachers of ideological and political from the analysis of concepts,the thinking of teaching,and the road to reality.The path to success is to develop one dimension from the aesthetics of teachers of ideological and political courses,and to provide a new perspective for the reform and development of ideological and political courses.This article provides a new perspective for the reform and development of the ideological and political course teaching from the ideological and political course teacher’s aesthetic development dimension.
