The article introduces the current policies for the supervision,promotion and application of building materials for construction projects in Shanghai,as well as the implementation of the policies;Combined with the daily work practice of the author’s building materials filing during and after the event,the problems exposed by the more typical industries such as waste concrete and wall materials are highlighted,the main problems existing in the current supervision and promotion applications are analyzed and revealed,and the cause analysis is carried out in combination with the author’s current work thinking;It proposes targeted promotion strategies such as strengthening market on-site linkage,carrying out management department linkage,eliminating backward production capacity,strengthening the management of testing institutions,and establishing a green and low-carbon building materials catalog.It reflects the thinking on how the building materials industry adapts to the current rapid development of the construction industry.
