摘要
本文以S系列疏水剂为改性材料,硫氧镁水泥为胶凝材料,细集料、锯木屑为填充材料,制备改性硫氧镁水泥混凝土,研究疏水剂种类及掺量对水泥混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,随着疏水剂掺量的增加,试件养护峰值温度不断降低,出现温度峰值的时间不断延长。S1疏水剂的引气和稳定气泡作用导致试件密度降低,力学性能下降;S2疏水剂具有消泡功能,随掺量的增加,试件密度略有提高,力学强度有大幅度提高;S3疏水剂既不会引气也不会消泡,对试件密度没有明显影响。质量分数为氧化镁质量的1.5%时,3种疏水剂均能大幅度提高试件的抗压强度和耐水性,其中S2疏水剂的效果最佳。
In this paper,using S series hydrophobic agent as modified material,magnesium oxysulfide cement as cementitious material,fine aggregate and sawdust as filling material,modified magnesium oxysulfide cement concrete was prepared.And the effects of types and dosage of hydrophobic agent were studied.The results shown that with the increase of the dosage,the peak curing temperature of the specimen gradually decreases,and the time for the appearance of the temperature peak gradually increases.Specifically,the air-entraining and stabilizing bubble effect of S1 hydrophobic agent caused the decrease of the density of the specimen and the mechanical properties.Because of the defoaming function of S2 hydrophobic agent,with the increase of the dosage,the density of the specimen increases slightly,and the mechanical strength increases greatly;the S3 hydrophobic agent neither entrains air nor defoams,and has no obvious effect on the density of the specimen.When the dosage is 1.5% of the mass of magnesium oxide,the three hydrophobic agents can greatly improve the compressive strength and water resistance of the specimen,especially the S2 hydrophobic agent has the best effect.
