大规格装饰杆件幕墙体系设计

随着生活水平的提高,对建筑的要求更高。建筑师在幕墙设计上增加了大规格外装饰,以体现建筑物之美,但这也加大了幕墙工程在设计、运输和施工上的难度,增加了生产耗材和幕墙负荷。如何科学合理地设计出幕墙外侧大型装饰涉及很多因素和技术难题。以上海某科创园建设项目为例,该项目中存在大规格装饰杆件悬挑在幕墙体系外,大规格装饰杆件与主体结构、幕墙体系的受力关系和构造处理较为复杂,设计不当容易造成安全隐患。设计应用了新型的一体化不锈钢铸件作为大规格装饰杆件的连接件,直接受力于主体结构,消除了大规格装饰杆件对幕墙结构的不利影响。
