摘要 新建乙烯及炼油改扩建装置的全流程控制优化,旨在提高全厂装置的自动控制水平,帮助各装置实现安全、高效的首次开工。全流程控制优化会建立全厂装置的自控平稳率监控系统、报警操作监控系统,并且针对装置存在的需求和问题,采用先进的控制理念及方法整定控制器参数,大幅度提高自控率及控制精度,改善回路的控制效果,实现全厂装置的全流程自动控制,同时开展报警优化工作,保证装置生产安全平稳及产品质量。 The whole process control optimization of the newly built ethylene and refinery expansion units aims at improving the automatic control level of the whole plant and helping the units to realize the safe and efficient first start-up.The whole process control optimization will establish the plant-wide automatic control smooth rate monitoring system,alarm operation monitoring system,and in view of the needs and problems existing in the device,adopt advanced control concepts and methods to adjust the parameters of the controller,greatly improve the automatic control rate and control accuracy improve the control effect of the loop.The whole process of the plant to achieve automatic control,alarm optimization at the same time to ensure that the plant production safety and stability and product quality.
