摘要
高压角阀是润滑油加氢装置的主要生产控制设备,在该装置的各个工艺流程中都有使用,扮演着重要的角色。本文主要探讨该装置的进料缓冲罐出口最小流量线的高压角阀在使用过程中发生阀杆抖动的现象,为了确认引起该现象的原因,通过从工艺流程和仪表设备两方面入手进行探讨,列出造成该现象的可能性,并根据现场的实际情况对每一种的可能性进行分析、处理和判断,最终总结出造成阀杆行程抖动的原因。最后,通过上述得出的结论,提出对工艺流程和高压角阀的改进方案,杜绝此类故障再次发生。
High-pressure angle valve is the main equipment for the production control in lubricating oil hydrogenation installation. It is used in every technological process in the installation, which plays an important role. This article is mainly discussed the phenomenon that the lever of the High-pressure angle valve is jittered during its use in the minimum flow line at the feed inlet of the buffer tank in the installation. In order to confirm the causes of this phenomenon, the possibilities of causing this phenomenon are listed through discussing on the two aspects of the technological process and the instrument equipment. Each possibility is analyzed, treated and judged by the actually situation on site and finally the causes of the valve jitter are summarized. At last, the improvement schemes of the technological process and the high-pressure angle valve are proposed based on the above conclusions in order to prevent the recurrence of the fault.
