摘要
对某厂#3、#4燃气轮机的可燃气体监控系统的故障现象及故障原因进行分析,结合西门子、GE、三菱燃气轮机的可燃气体监控系统保护的实施情况,提出相应的优化方法及措施。通过改变可燃气体传感器电源、取消就地卡件、改变信号回路、报警,及保护逻辑判断由TCS系统判断等方式,成功将可燃气体监控系统纳入TCS系统进行管理,并通过了校准验收。改造措施不但提高了设备的可靠性和安全性,还规避了卡件停产所带来的窘境,节约了生产费用,减少了维护人员劳动强度,提升企业的安全管理形象。
This paper analyzes the fault phenomenon and cause of combustible gas monitoring system of#3 and#4 gas turbines in a factory and puts forward corresponding optimization methods and measures based on the implementation of combustible gas monitoring system protection of Siemens,GE and Mitsubishi gas turbines.By changing the power supply of combustible gas sensor,canceling the local clamping,changing the signal loop,and judging the alarm and protection logic by THE TCS system,the combustible gas monitoring system was successfully incorporated into the TCS system for management,and passed the calibration acceptance.The reform measures not only improve the reliability and safety of the equipment,but also avoid the dilemma brought by the production of the parts,save the production cost,reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel,and improve the image of safety management of the enterprise.
