摘要
随着数字化概念迭代升级,数字化交付方式已经在石化行业得到认可,越来越多石油化工项目已开始应用,也是今后石化工程建设的主要发展趋势。结合工程项目的实际应用,介绍SPI DDP模块的组成及其基本功能。重点阐述了DDP文件通过SPF(Smart Plant Foundation)平台发送至SP3D流程,对设计过程中出现的问题及设计流程的优化加以总结。通过实践证明,SPI DDP模块的应用,大幅提高了工程设计的质量及效率,实现了多专业的三维协同设计,保证了数据的实时性、准确性及完整性,为仪表专业数字化交付提供有利保障。
With the iterative upgrading of the concept of digitalization,digital delivery has been recognized in the petrochemical industry,and has been applied in more and more petrochemical projects,and is also the main development trend of petrochemical engineering construction in the future.Based on the practical application of the project,the composition and basic functions of SPI DDP module are introduced.The procedure of sending DDP files to SP3D through SPF(Smart Plant Foundation)platform is emphasized,and the problems in the engineering design and the optimization of procedure are summarized.It is proved that the application of SPI DDP module has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of engineering design,realized the multi-disciplinary 3D collaborative design to ensure the real-time,accuracy and integrity of data,and provided favorable guarantee for instrument digital delivery.
