摘要
聚合物材料是目前应用最为广泛的材料之一,但大多数的聚合物材料在机械性能、导电和导热性能方面仍需提高,而石墨烯材料因优异的力学、导电和导热性能使其得到极大的关注,为改善聚合物材料提出了新的解决方案。综述了近期石墨烯改善聚合物导热性能的研究进展,介绍了石墨烯及其复合材料的导热机理、影响聚合物基石墨烯复合导热材料导热性能的主要因素及石墨烯复合导热材料潜在的应用领域,并探讨了聚合物基石墨烯复合导热材料在工业化过程中存在的问题和挑战。
Polymer materials are one of the most widely used materials at present,but the mechanical property,electrical conductivity,and thermal conductivity of most polymer materials still need to be improved.However,graphene materials have attracted great attention because of their excellent mechanical property,electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity,which puts forward new solutions for improving polymer materials.This article summarizes the recent research progress of graphene materials in improving the thermal conductivity of polymer materials,introduces the thermal conductivity mechanism of graphene and its composites,the main factors affecting the thermal conductivity of polymer-based thermal conductive graphene materials and the potential application fields of thermal-conductive graphene composites,discusses the problems and challenges of polymerbased thermal-conductive graphene composites in the process of industrialization.
