急诊科卒中急救护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of evaluation index system for the post competency of stroke emergency nurses in the emergency department

目的构建急诊科卒中急救护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为卒中急救护士的培养和管理提供参考依据。方法通过文献分析、半结构式访谈、德尔菲专家咨询等方法确定急诊科卒中急救护士岗位胜任力指标条目。采用层次分析法确定各指标的权重。结果本研究共对21名卒中领域护理和医疗专家进行2轮咨询,2轮问卷的有效回收率分别为90.48%和100.00%,专家的判断依据系数为0.963,熟悉程度系数为0.939,权威系数为0.951;第2轮咨询的一、二、三级指标肯德尔和谐系数为0.400、0.405、0.267(P<0.001);最终形成的急诊科卒中急救护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系包含5个一级指标、19个二级指标、66个三级指标。结论本研究构建的急诊科卒中急救护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系具有针对性、系统性、科学性和实用性,可为急诊科卒中急救护士的选拔、培养、评价和绩效管理提供参考依据。

Objective To construct an evaluation index system for the post competency of stroke emergency nurses in the emergency department,which can provide reference basis for the training and management of stroke emergency nurses.Methods The post competency index items of stroke emergency nurses in the emergency department were determined by literature analysis,semi-structured interviews,Delphi expert inquiries,and other methods.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to confirm the weight of each indicator.Results In this study,21 nursing and medical experts of stroke field were consulted for 2 rounds.The effective recovery rate of the questionnaire in the two rounds was 90.48%and 100.00%.The judgment basis coefficient,familiarity coefficient,and authority coefficient were 0.963,0.939,and 0.951,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficients of the first,second,and third level indicators in the second round were 0.400,0.405,and 0.267(P<0.001).The final evaluation index system for the post competency of stroke emergency nurses in the emergency department included 5 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators,and 66 third-level indicators.Conclusion The evaluation index system for the post competency of stroke emergency nurses in the emergency department is targeted,systemic,scientific,and practical,which can provide reference basis for the selection,training,evaluation,and performance management of stroke emergency nurses in the emergency department.
