痔疮胶囊联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮临床研究

Clinical Study on Zhichuang Capsules Combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang Ointment for Hemorrhoids

目的:观察痔疮胶囊联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法:选取100例痔疮患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各50例,研究过程中治疗组脱落1例、对照组脱落2例,最终纳入治疗组49例、对照组48例。对照组给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,治疗组给予痔疮胶囊联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,2组均治疗4周,随访12个月。比较2组临床疗效、复发率及治疗前后症状评分。结果:治疗组总有效率93.88%,高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组疼痛、便血、痔核脱出、肛门不适评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组上述4项症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组随访6个月、9个月、12个月的复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痔疮胶囊联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮的疗效优于单独使用马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,且能降低复发率。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Zhichuang capsules combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment on hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hemorrhoids were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.During the study,one case in the treatment group and two cases in the control group were dropped out.In the end,a total of49 cases in the treatment group and 48 cases in the control group were included in the study.The control group was treated with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment,and the treatment group was treated with Zhichuang capsules combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment.Both groups were treated for four weeks and follow up for twelve months.The clinical effects,recurrence rates and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.88%in the treatment group,higher than that of 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,bloody stool,hemorrhoids prolapse and anal discomfort in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the above four symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rates after six,nine and twelve months of follow-up were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Zhichuang capsules combined with Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment has a better curative effect than the simple application of Mayinglong Shexiang Zhichuang ointment in the treatment of hemorrhoids,which can reduce the recurrence rate.
