高频空心线圈电感器仿真设计及结构优化

摘要 通过对空心线圈电感器结构分析,结合ANASYS软件对其电性能、力学和电-热建模仿真分析,同时考虑到电感器的工艺制备因素,确定固定端宽度为3.0 mm的电感器最优结构。同时,对设计的电感器进行实物制备,通过测试得到了电感器的电性能、力学和温升参数,结果表明仿真结果与实测结果一致。说明了仿真优化对电感器设计具有很好的指导作用,在提升设计能力的同时,大大降低了器件的研发周期及成本。 Based on structure analysis on the air-core coil inductor,and combined with the ANASYS software to simulate the electrical performance,mechanics and electric-thermal modeling,considering the manufacturing,inductor was optimally designed with a fixed end width of 3 mm.In addition,the designed inductor is prepared,its electrical properties,mechanical and temperature rise were tested and the simulation results are consistent with the test ones.It shows that the simulation can supply a guidance to inductor designboth improving the design capability and greatly shortening the development period.
