风电机组偏航系统故障诊断与寿命预测综述 被引量:13

摘要 故障诊断与寿命预测技术是掌握偏航系统故障类型、位置、严重程度及剩余寿命的有效手段,对优化运维检修策略、减少运维费用和发电量损失有重要作用。该文中综述了偏航系统故障诊断与寿命预测研究现状,首先,介绍偏航系统常见故障模式和状态监测数据来源与特点;其次,分别评述基于模型和基于数据驱动的偏航系统故障诊断方法研究现状;再次,重点从理论寿命计算和基于有限元分析的寿命预测两方面,对偏航系统部件(如偏航轴承、制动缸和制动摩擦片等)的寿命预测研究现状进行综述;最后,从偏航系统状态监测数据分析、故障诊断、寿命预测和寿命管理等方面提出研究要点及趋势。 The fault diagnosis and life prediction technology is an effective means to master the fault type,location,severity and remaining life of a yaw system,which plays an important role in optimizing operation and maintenance strategy,reducing operation and maintenance cost and power generation loss.In this paper,the research status of fault diagnosis and life prediction of a yaw system was summarized.Firstly,the common fault modes and the characteristics of condition monitoring data of the yaw system were introduced.Secondly,the research statuses of fault diagnosis methods of the yaw system based on model and data-driven were reviewed respectively.Thirdly,the research status of life prediction of yaw system components(such as yaw bearing,brake cylinder and brake friction plate,etc.)was summarized in terms of theoretical life calculation and life prediction based on finite element analysis.Finally,the research points and trends of the yaw system were put forward from the aspects of condition monitoring data analysis,fault diagnosis,life prediction,and life management.
