聚合釜应力分析及剩余寿命预测

摘要 基于聚合釜原始设计未明确给出允许循环载荷次数的情况,为了对其剩余寿命进行预测及运行状态做出科学评价,以某厂聚丙烯装置聚合釜为例,依据原始设计参数及当前运行数据,采用有限元分析方法对其进行应力分析和疲劳分析,结果表明该聚合釜在允许的操作工况下可在下一检验周期内安全运行.该分析可有效对聚合釜运行状态做出评判,为使用单位提供一定的技术指导. Based on the fact that the number of allowable cycles did not been clearly given in the original design of the polymerization kettle,in order to predict the remaining life and make a scientific evaluation of operating status,according to the original design parameters and current operation datas,the stress analysisand fatigue analysis of apolymerization kettle of a factory as an example has been studied by using finite element analysis method.The results show that the polymerization kettle can be safe to operate in the next inspection period under the permitted operating conditions The analysis canjudge the operating status of polymerization kettle effectively and provide some technical guidance for users.
