摘要
研究了玻璃纤维增强核桃壳轻骨料混凝土的性能,玻璃纤维掺量分别为胶凝材料质量的1%、2%、3%、4%。试验表明:随着玻璃纤维掺量的增大,混凝土的流动性下降,干燥密度降低;强度呈现先增后减趋势,在玻璃纤维质量分数为3%时,抗压强度增大了12.6%,劈裂抗拉强度增大了29.2%。另一方面,玻璃纤维的加入对混凝土的吸水率无明显影响。
The performances of walnut shell lightweight aggregate concrete reinforced with glass fiber were studied.The glass fiber content is 1%,2%,3%and 4%of the quality of the gelled material respectively.The results show that the fluidity and dry density of concrete decrease with the increase of glass fiber con⁃tent.The strength shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,the compressive strength increases by 12.6%and the splitting tensile strength increases by 29.2%when the mass fraction of glass fiber was 3%.On the other hand,the addition of glass fiber has no obvious effect on the water absorption of concrete.
