个体差异化快速康复外科护理在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除患者围术期中的应用

Application of Individual Different Fast-track Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing in Perioperative Patients with Laparoscopic Surgery of Pancreaticoduodenal Resection

目的:探讨个体差异化快速康复外科(FTS)护理在腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除(LPD)患者围术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月1日~2021年1月31日80例LPD手术患者为研究对象,计算机数列1∶1分布分设不同小组;对照组40例采用常规护理干预,研究组40例采用个体差异化FTS护理干预。比较两组术后胃肠功能恢复情况、并发症发生情况、住院时间及住院费用等。结果:研究组鼻肠管拔除时间、经口进食时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、肛门排气时间、术后拔除引流管时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01),住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在LPD患者围术期引入个体差异化FTS护理干预,可促进胃肠道功能恢复,减少并发症发生及住院费用,缩短患者住院时间。

Objective:To explore the application effect of the individual different fast-track rehabilitation surgery(FTS)nursing in perioperative patients with laparoscopic surgery(LPD)of pancreaticoduodenal resection.Methods:During January 1,2018 to January 31,2021,80 LPD surgery patients were selected as the research objects,according to the computer series 1:1 distribution were set up into different groups.The control group of 40 cases adopted normal nursing intervention,the research group of 40 cases adopted individual different FTS nursing intervention.Compaison was made between the two groups on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,complications,the length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses.Results:The nasal bowel extubation time,through the mouth eating time,recovery time of gastrointestinal function,anal exhaust time,postoperative urethral drainage extubation time were shorter in the research group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The overall complication incidence was lower in the research group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The hospital stay was shorter in the research group than that in the control group(P<0.01),the hospitalization costs were less in the research group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Introduction of individual different FTS nursing in perioperative patients with LPD of pancreaticoduodenal resection,can promote recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce complications and hospitalization costs,and shorten their hospital stay.
