补饲不同水平茉莉花渣对育成期水牛生长性能、肉用性能及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:4

Effect of different levels of jasmine slag supplementation on growth performance,meat performance and serum biochemical indexes of breeding buffaloes

摘要 试验旨在研究不同茉莉花渣补饲水平对育成期水牛的生长性能、肉用性能及血清生化指标的影响。选取24头体重相近的12月龄育成期水牛,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头。对照组水牛饲喂基础日粮;试验组在基础日粮中分别添加200 (试验Ⅰ组)、400 (试验Ⅱ组)、600 g/(头·d)(试验Ⅲ组)茉莉花渣。结果显示:试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组水牛的平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组水牛的胸宽、胸深显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。各组水牛的背膘厚度和眼肌面积差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验Ⅱ组水牛血清中总胆固醇、免疫球蛋白M含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各组水牛血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、尿素氮、甘油三酯、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、葡萄糖含量以及谷丙转氨酶活性差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,茉莉花渣可有效提高育成期水牛的平均日增重,降低水牛血清总胆固醇含量,对育成期水牛的免疫相关功能无不良影响,可作为新型日粮配方在育成牛养殖中推广应用。 The experiment was to investigate the effect of different supplemental levels of jasmine slag on growth performance, meat performance and serum biochemical indexes of growing buffaloes. Twenty-four 12-month-old buffalo with similar body weight and age were randomly divided into four groups, with six replicates in each group and one in each replicate. The buffaloes in control group were fed with a basal diet. The experimental groups were supplemented with 200(test group Ⅰ), 400(test group Ⅱ) and 600 g/(head·d)(test group Ⅲ) jasmine slag in basal diet,respectively. The results showed that the average daily weight gain of buffaloes in test group Ⅰ and test group Ⅲ was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the chest width and chest depth of test group Ⅲ were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in backfat thickness and eye muscle area among groups(P>0.05). The total cholesterol and immunoglobulin M of buffaloes in test group Ⅱ were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in serum contents of total protein, albumin, globulin, urea nitrogen, triglyceride, immunoglobulin G, immunoglobulin A, glucose and glutamicpyruvic transaminase activity among all groups(P>0.05). The experiment indicates that jasmine slag can effectively increase daily weight gain, reduce the total cholesterol content in serum, which has no adverse effect on the immunerelated functions of the breeding buffaloes. It can be used as a new type of dietary formula to be popularized and applied in breeding cattle.
