薰衣草纯露对新疆褐牛免疫指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究薰衣草纯露对新疆褐牛免疫指标的影响。选用新疆褐牛48头,随机分为4组:对照组、0.5%薰衣草纯露组、1.0%薰衣草纯露组、1.5%薰衣草纯露组。于试验第40 d采血,测定血清中免疫球蛋白、细胞因子、补体、T细胞亚群等指标。结果显示:与对照组相比,薰衣草纯露试验组褐牛血清中的s CD4含量和sCD4/sCD8比值均极显著升高(P<0.01);0.5%组褐牛血清中的免疫球蛋白A (IgA)和补体C3的含量显著升高(P<0.05);1.0%组褐牛血清中的IgA、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)和补体C3含量均极显著提高(P<0.01),免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白M (IgM)、白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)和补体C4含量显著提高(P<0.05);1.5%组褐牛血清中的IgA含量极显著升高(P<0.01),IgG、IL-2、干扰素-γ (IFN-γ)和补体C4含量显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,薰衣草纯露能够提高新疆褐牛的免疫能力,且1.0%的薰衣草纯露效果最好。 The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of lavender hydrosol on immune indexes of Xinjiang brown cattle. 48 Xinjiang brown cattle were randomly divided into four groups: Control group, 0.5% lavender hydrosol group, 1.0% lavender hydrosol group and 1.5% lavender hydrosol group. Blood was collected on the 40th day of the experiment, and some indexes such as immunoglobulin, cytokines, complement and T cell subsets in serum were measured. The results showed that compared with the control group, the serum sCD4 content and sCD4/sCD8 ratio of lavender hydrosol test group were extremly increased(P<0.01). The content of IgA and C3 in serum samples of 0.5%group were significantly increased(P<0.05). The content of IgA, IL-10 and C3 in 1.0% group were extremely increased(P<0.01), and the content of IgG, IgM, IL-2, IL-4 and C4 were significantly increased(P<0.05). IgA content in 1.5%group was extremely increased(P<0.01), IgG, IL-2, IFN-γ and C4 content were significantly increased(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that lavender hydrosol can significantly or extremely significantly improve the immune capacity of Xinjiang brown cattle, and 1.0% lavender hydrosol is recommended for the best effect.
