摘要 试验旨在研究发酵中草药对育肥猪生长性能、屠宰性能、器官指数、血清生化指标和免疫功能的影响。选取130日龄“杜×长×大”三元杂交育肥猪72头,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头。对照组育肥猪饲喂基础日粮,试验1组和2组在基础日粮中添加0.5%发酵中草药(分别以补中益气汤和四君子汤为基础)。试验期50 d。结果表明,试验1组育肥猪的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验1组和试验2组育肥猪血清白蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),尿素氮含量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验1组育肥猪血清免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M、补体C4含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2组育肥猪血清免疫球蛋白M、补体C4含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加发酵的补中益气汤和四君子汤可以提高育肥猪的生长性能和免疫功能,可以在育肥猪生产中推广使用。 The research was to evaluate the effect of fermented Chinese herbal medicine on growth performance,slaughter performance, organ index, serum biochemical index and immunity in finishing pigs. 72 ’Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire’ finishing pigs of 130-day-old were selected and randomly divided into three groups, with four replicates in each group and six pigs in each replicate. The pigs in control group were fed with basal diet, and the pigs in experimental group 1 and group 2 were fed with a basal diet adding 0.5% fermented Chinese herbal medicine, respectively(adding Buzhongyiqi decoction and Sijunzi decoction). The experiment lasted for 50 d. The results showed that the average daily gain of pigs in experimental group 1 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the serum albumin content and alkaline phosphatase activity of pigs in experimental group 1 and group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the urea nitrogen content was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The content of IgA,IgM and complement C4 in experimental group 1 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The content of IgM and complement C4 in experimental group 2 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that adding fermented Buzhongyiqi decoction and Sijunzi decoction to diet can improve growth performance and immunity in finishing pigs, which can be popularized and applied in pig production.
