绞股蓝超微粉对海兰褐蛋雏鸡生长性能、养分表观消化率、血清生化指标及免疫指标的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Gynostemma pentaphyllum superfine powder on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of Hyland brown egg chicks

摘要 试验旨在研究绞股蓝超微粉对海兰褐蛋雏鸡生长性能、养分表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。选择体重相近的1日龄海兰褐蛋雏鸡(雌) 180只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只,分别设对照组、0.25%、0.50%、1.00%绞股蓝超微粉添加组。试验期42 d。结果显示:在28、42日龄,0.50%、1.00%组蛋雏鸡的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。0.25%、0.50%、1.00%组蛋雏鸡的有机物、粗纤维、粗脂肪、钙、磷等养分表观消化率均高于对照组(P>0.05),0.50%、1.00%组的干物质、粗蛋白的养分表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。0.50%、1.00%组蛋雏鸡血清总蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P>0.05),谷丙转氨酶活性以及总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。0.25%、0.50%、1.00%组蛋雏鸡血清中免疫球蛋白M含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),0.50%、1.00%组血清中免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加0.50%、1.00%绞股蓝超微粉可以提高海兰雏鸡的生长性能及养分表观消化率,改善蛋雏鸡血清生化指标,提高免疫水平,建议最适添加量为0.50%。 The experiment was to study the effect of Gynostemma pentaphyllum ultrafine powder on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical index of Hyland brown egg chicks. 180 one-day-old Hyland brown egg chicks(females) with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 15 in each replicate, setting control group, 0.25%, 0.50% and 1.00% Gynostemma pentaphyllum ultrafine powder addition group, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that at 28 and 42 d of age, the average daily gain of laying chicks in 0.50% group and 1.00% group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of organic matter, crude fiber, ether extract, calcium and phosphorus in 0.25% group, 0.50% group and 1.00% group was higher than that in control group(P>0.05), and the apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in 0.50% group and 1.00%group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The serum total protein content of chicks in 0.50% and1.00% groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P>0.05), and the alanine aminotransferase activity, total cholesterol and triglyceride contents of chicks in 0.50% group and 1.00% group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The content of immunoglobulin M in serum in 0.25% group, 0.50% group and 1.00% group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the content of Ig G and Ig A in serum in 0.50%group and 1.00% group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicates that 0.50% and 1.00% Gynostemma pentaphyllum ultrafine powder can improve the growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of Hyland chicks, improve serum biochemical indexes and improve the immune level, suggest appropriate adding amount at 0.50%.
